There are many terms for personal growth, like self-development, self-awareness, inner work, the pursuit of Higher Consciousness, Soul purpose, the journey & seeking Enlightenment, and so on.

It does not matter what you call it, but it does matter if you are doing it!

In its simplest definition, personal growth is a measure of how you are developing as a human being. This implies that there is a developmental scale for being human. Few people know of it or talk about it, but there is a measure of your development. It is called consciousness, and there are distinguishable levels that every person must acquire in order to fulfil ones purpose.....

Imagine all the overlays....the upheaval caused by the shifts...spiritual, planetary, personal, earth....it is massive!!! If you don't fight the flow then this enhanced energy can really work for you...but, of course with fear is up! The difficult thing for people is that they do not understand what they are fighting against...or working with.

 Everyone is either soaring or sinking. To those who are soaring, well done! You are working through some intense issues right now. If you are one of those who feel as if you are sinking, don't be afraid. Step back, stop, look and listen. What you will find is that you are struggling against the very things that you want to release or let go of. And most likely for reasons that are not your truth.

This is the time of opening doors. The energies are so clearly there for us this year that anything we want is possible if we walk in our truth. What we must be is intentional in our living. We deserve much more than we allow ourselves to accept from creation. Perfection is our birthright. It is who we are. Perfect, whole and complete... 

For myself, my health is improving dramatically and I am having many new insights as information is flowing to me. All of this feels like the steps towards a new series of workshops and also the rewriting of my almost completed self help book.

I greet you on this most glorious of days, days of light, dark, wind and rain...followed by change most victorious with re-alignments of both the Planet and her people...

Awaken little children awaken, it is time to dress yourself warmly as we your leaders wrap you in a cloak of Divine protection and Light.

Fear not! For a new world dawns, a new life, a new way to love... Even with the many valleys and the peaks, so we shall prosper and grow in stature!

As we embrace our 'ONE-NESS' our 'I AM-NESS'... and our collective "I AM"- NESS, so we shall become as 'ONE' again, empowering the Planet and brightening the Light... Go in peace with your heads held high.

We are in a time of great Awakening and change…we can no longer step back in time, it is too late! We have kept spiralling back into old patterns to hide from our own potential, our own magnificence…but now it is time to make a commitment to self…and to follow this through…
We have a mountain to climb, and it is what we learn on the way that truly creates who we become…
